All High Sonoran Adventures tours are designed to offer our guests the opportunity to join in the adventure at their comfort level. Kayaking tours are designed for independent groups who wish to conduct their own adventure at their own pace. Guests who wish to relax can enjoy large comfortable guided rafts. Adventure minded guests can maneuver their own sit-on-top kayaks. Our curved paddles and the responsiveness of the sit-on-top kayaks make this an ideal tour for independent explorers. The surrounding desert lakes offer an alternative location for guests not comfortable with being on the river.

The kayaking adventure was phenomenal!
It was the first time I had ever tried it, as was the case with most
of the group, and have since found a new love for the sport. The guides
were great, giving us the tools necessary to stay afloat, and handled a few
rescue missions with incredible dexterity (I was one of the girls you had
to pull out of the tree, and as you see, I am now safe and sound emailing
this response to you). I appreciated that the guides stopped the group
part of the way through, offering fluffy towels, cold drinks, and the opportunity
to pack it in if we wanted, but I think everyone in the group continued down
the last leg.
We were STOKED!
Next time I'm in Arizona,
and I hope it will be soon, I will join you again for sure!
