All tours are dispatched from the resort by High Sonoran Adventures escorts.  We provide an iced cooler with soda and bottled water for transfer to trailhead.  During the transfer, our escort will brief guests on what to expect during tour, the acknowledgment of risk form,  answer questions to prepare the group for a safe FUN adventure.  At the trailhead we distribute bottled water for guests, inform guests about trail route and allow them to decide the most comfortable pace and ability level.

All High Sonoran Adventures tours are designed to offer our guests the opportunity to join in the adventure at their comfort level.  Your guests will always have a choice of beginning to advanced level hikes due to the guide participant ratio we maintain.  Guests ALWAYS have a choice in how far and how hard they hike.  Everyone finishes the tour with a sense of personal accomplishment.
HSA strongly recommends sturdy footwear for all hiking adventures. 
 
My spouse is more physically active.... Our groups naturally fall into different groups with individual guides to     
assist them whether they desire aerobic pace or interpretative leisure. 

Can I wear these "Keds?".... We require our guests wear sturdy footwear with good tread.  No Sandals, please.

Can I stop and rest?.... Guests can stop and rest or return to transportation at any time (never unescorted).      
Our guides are watchful for signs of fatigue.

I just got some cactus in my hand... Our guides carry basic first aid supplies and a full kit is available 
on the transportation.  Our guides are all trained in first aid.
